Abstract
Chitosan and its derivatives were used as cathode interlayer materials in inverted organic solar cells (OSCs) by integrating electrostatic Layer-by-Layer (eLbL) self-assembly techniques. With the modification of chitosan eLbL films, inverted OSCs exhibited power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 9.34% with 100Â nm active layer and 10.18% with 210Â nm active layer.273
