Abstract
High-quality single crystalline SnSe nanobelts were synthesized by a facile solvothermal method. A high thermoelectric figure of merit ZT of 0.83 at 803Â K, about 60% increase compared with that for the normal SnSe polycrystalline materials, is achieved in the SnSe nanobelt bulk material.277
