Abstract
The use of scalable techniques in two dimensional materials research is essential for developing commercial applications. Here we show the fabrication of MoS2 photodetectors using an entirely scalable process. The devices show, to the best of our knowledge, the lowest power consumption (3.25Ã10â9Â W under illumination) and highest light/dark current ratios (up to 170) ever reported for a MoS2 phototransistor.188
