Abstract
A self-powered smart floor was designed by coupling triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) with a wireless transmission system. The minimalist design endows such smart floors several features such as low cost and simple structure. Besides activity recognition, security monitoring, trajectory tracking, and intelligent switching, the floor also shows excellent sterilization and dust removal performance. The system offers a convenient way for monitoring and improving of the indoor environment.269
