Abstract
A UV self-powered photodetector (UV-SPPD) that relies on the joint properties of the photoelectric effect and the triboelectric effect of a PZT film was fabricated and characterized. A high UV detecting performance was obtained. A two-fold sensing mechanism based on the variation of the surface charge density and the conductivity was proposed to explain the working mechanism.150
