Abstract
The defects of compact TiO2 layer are passivated by the doping of lithium. Compared with the undoped compact TiO2 based planar perovskite solar cells (PSCs), the power conversion efficiency of the Li-doped compact TiO2 film based planar PSCs is improved from 14.2% to 17.1%.168
