Abstract
The hierarchical Cu nanosheets @ CuO nanorods nanostructure is fabricated by a facile hydrothermal approach and the growth mechanisms are investigated. The hierarchical Cu nanosheets @ CuO nanorods electrodes show excellent rate performance and cycling stability for lithium-ion batteries, which can be attribute to their unique architecture.483
