Abstract
The Au NR@semiconductor NPs with novel hot-dog (HD) structure exhibited the improved photocatalytic water reduction ability due to the increased local electric field and enhanced visible light absorption of head-exposed Au NR, as well as the efficient e-h separation of photocatalysts.208
