Abstract
We demonstrated that from ordered cellulose nanocrystals, high quality mesoporous carbon with an increased short-range ordered lattice and a high specific ratio of percolated graphitic nanofibers can be obtained, even at a relatively low carbonization temperature. The mesoporous carbon exhibits excellent kinetics and rate performance when used as sodium-ion battery anode.404
