Abstract
Dopamine@(In0.05Nb0.05)Ti0.9O2/poly(vinylidene-fluoride) (DA@INTO/PVDF) composites are fabricated via a physical mixing method followed by heat treatment. TEM results show that DA is uniformly coated on the surface of INTO particles with a thickness of 10 nm. SEM results show that the DA@INTO particles are homogeneously dispersed in PVDF. Compared with INTO/PVDF composites, DA@INTO/PVDF composites exhibit excellent dielectric constant and energy discharge efficiency, which is due to the improved interfacial polarization and reduced leakage current. DA plays an important role in the enhanced dielectric properties of DA@INTO/PVDF composites.
