Abstract
In this work we present the solution of this problem by the usage of the targets with predetermined dielectric properties, manufactured using 3-D printer. We demonstrate the emission of ChR in millimeter wavelength region from the such flat target with the refractive index n=1.37. Suggested technique allows us to fabricate targets with turned refractive index.
