Abstract
A hierarchical nanocomposite of betamethasone dipropionate/cholate intercalated LDH coated by liposome was constructed, using a coassembly route followed by a liposome-coating modification. The obtained nanocomposites exhibited excellent water dispersity and enhanced drug sustained-release performance.96
