Abstract
Remanufacturing is one of the methods that reduce the environmental impact of production processes. In this study, we develop a life-cycle simulation model for the circulation of products; this model is made up of reusable and non-reusable units. Based on the developed model, we investigate the effects and analyze the sensitivity of the physical life distribution of a reusable unit on the reuse efficiency. Our findings provide information that would improve reuse efficiency.
