Abstract
In this letter, a symmetry classification algorithm of the generalized differential-differenceequations uÌn=Fnt,unâ1,un,un+1,uÌnâ1,uÌn+1is proposed according to the intrinsic Lie point symmetries, allowed transformations and Lie algebraic structures. The validity of this approach is demonstrated by a Toda-type lattice.
