Abstract
This article addresses the time-dependent squeezing flow of magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) Jeffrey fluid between two parallel walls. The lower wall is stretched. Fluid is electrically conducted in the presence of a variable magnetic field. The induced magnetic field is neglected for a small magnetic Reynolds number. The partial differential equations are reduced into the ordinary differential equations. Governing nonlinear ordinary differential equation is solved. Both series and numerical solutions are constructed and compared. A good agreement is noticed between the two solutions. Numerical values of skin friction coefficient are presented and analyzed.
