Abstract
We address spin-resolved electronic transport properties in a Rashba-Dresselhaus quantum channel in the presence of an in-plane magnetic field. The strong Rashba-Dresselhaus effect induces an asymmetric spin-splitting energy spectrum with a spin-orbit-Zeeman gap. This asymmetric fact in energy spectrum may result in various quantum dynamic features in conductance due to the presence of finger gates. This asymmetric spin-splitting energy spectrum results in a bound state in continuum for electrons within ultralow energy regime with binding energies in order of 10â1 meV.
