Abstract
The low-emittance lattice cell concept with usage of superconducting bending magnets with longitudinal field gradient and anti-bends is applied to develop a compact storage ring for x-ray light source of high brilliance. Its synchrotron radiation generation potential is compared with existing compact light source.
