Abstract
Gross underrepresentation of patients above 65Â years in clinical trials has resulted in treatment dilemmas in the elderly. Newer advances like immunotherapy, hypoxic modifiers, image guided radiation, image guided brachytherapy are promising approaches to reduce treatment complications and optimize outcome in elderly patients in cervical cancer.
