Abstract
- Previous reports suggested that hypoperfusion may play a role in the emergence of symptoms in patients with CWS.
- In the present cohort, however, episodes of neurological deficit did not relate to blood pressure drop.
- Other mechanisms such as microembolization or non-recruitment of networks compensating the infarct area might be implicated.
