Abstract
- Subjective memory disturbances are very frequent and aspecific among the elderly.
- We searched for differences between subjective and mild cognitive impairment regarding baseline characteristics.
- An accurate evaluation of complex instrumental activities of daily living (IADL) was able to detect subtle deficits.
- Cognitive reserve seems to be able to influence the functional profile of IADL.
