Abstract
Ultrasound revealed increased subcutaneous thickness in the regions studied. The symptoms disappeared after 20 drainage sessions. Complementary tests and ultrasounds were normal. Mastectomy scars can cause TOS with worsened oedema, triggering clinical lymphoedema. Ultrasound can help with the differential diagnosis, evaluation and follow-up in patients with TOS and lymphoedema.
