Abstract
The most effective physiotherapy interventions to improve posture in PD are: GPR and downhill gait training on a treadmill. GPR could also improve walking, balance and trunk mobility. Future research should examine effects of interventions that could improve posture in PD, with broader population samples and limiting risks of bias.
