Abstract
Specific manual techniques can be used to address the glymphatic system, the cerebral interstitial fluid and intracranial lymphatic vessels in the meninges. Lymph Drainage Therapy (LDT) helps to identify areas of the body with fluid stagnation or fibrosis and detects the most appropriate pathways for drainage. LDT works with gentle techniques on the interstitial and lymphatic systems of the body to support fluid circulation and immune system.
