Abstract
This audit highlights several opportunities to optimize prescription, administration and monitoring of parenteral nutrition. Additional cost was found linked to the misuse of this treatment. In order to optimize parenteral nutrition, a multidisciplinary nutrition team support and monitoring will be developed.
