Abstract
The prevalence of surgical AF treatment in cardiac surgery patients has been slightly decreasing, and in almost half of the patients AF was left untreated. Stand-alone AF surgery has been nearly abandoned, while hybrid treatment has slowly expanded in Czech centers.
