Abstract
Diagnosis of abnormal invasive placenta relies on imaging and maternal history. Ultrasonography is the first step for screening and MRI emerges as quasi-systematic complement, in order to emphasize the diagnosis and assess the depth of invasion. Currently, main diagnosis criteria rely on ultrasonographic vascular lacunae and heterogeneity in T2MRI.
