Abstract
Breast high-risk lesions are heterogeneous and their clinical management has not yet been standardised. Difficulties of histopathological interpretations of these entities, lack of homogeneity of the results in scientific literature and recent changes to the World Health Organisation classification contribute to personalized management. Thus, multidisciplinary correlation, between radiology and pathology in particular, is of value in order to not overtreat patients or underestimate the aggressiveness of breast lesions.
