Abstract
Fenofibrate treatment significantly attenuated the course of malignant hypertension in I3C-induced CYP1a1-Ren-2 transgenic rats, and the mechanism responsible for antihypertensive action was fenofibrate-induced suppression of renin-angiotensin system activity.
