Abstract
Our first results suggest that a fast protocol for planning and sizing in emergency situations seems to be associated with a lower 30 day mortality. A higher trend for considering the patient candidate for r-EVAR has been observed in our centre. Local anaesthesia and percutaneous approach have a probable influence on the lower morbidity and mortality of the endovascular cases.
