Abstract
Anatomic and patient characteristics influence palliation outcomes in neonates born with single-ventricle anomalies associated with aortic arch obstruction. Although the Norwood operation is applicable in most of these patients, the PAB+COA strategy is a valid alternative in well-selected patients.
