Abstract
Patients who undergo lobectomy with chest wall resection for locally advanced NSCLC should be strongly considered for postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy even in the absence of nodal disease. Actual selection of patients for adjuvant chemotherapy is affected by perioperative factors.
