Abstract
Considering the various operative risks associated with hemodialysis patients, the early mortality rate is acceptable, even after the association with many respiratory complications. Although hemodialysis patients have a compromised prognosis after surgery, excessive hesitation to perform thoracic aortic surgery may be avoided.
