Abstract
A “PEVAR first” approach proved feasible in the overwhelming majority of patients. Conversion to open transfemoral exposure was rare. PEVAR facilitated endovascular abdominal aortic aneurysm repair under local anesthesia in most patients and resulted in decreased procedural morbidity and resource utilization.
