Abstract
Endovascular treatment of isolated iliac aneurysm is safe and effective, providing that strict anatomical requirements are respected. Aneurysm embolization with vascular plugs was not associated with pelvic complications in this series. Endograft stenosis and thrombosis are the most frequent complications, which can be easily managed with endovascular approaches.
