Abstract
Implanted renal stents could angulate renal arteries more cephalad after fenestrated stenting. Postoperative renal function impairment was not associated with the stent orientation and changes in vessel orientation. Accurate fenestrated alignment is important to maintain stent performance and preserve renal function.
