Abstract
Elevated LV filling pressures are frequently evident by Doppler echocardiography in patients with HF and preserved or reduced LVEF. Thus, Doppler echocardiography can provide objective noninvasive evidence of abnormal LV filling in a large proportion of patients with HF and preserved LVEF.
