Abstract
LV segmental relaxation demonstrates progressive deterioration in HTN disease, which is more pronounced in patients with symptomatic DD. Altered segmental relaxation is related to structural changes of LV remodeling and constitutes an independent predictor for the presence of a symptomatic status.
