Aortic sinus flow stasis likely in valve-in-valve transcatheter aortic valve implantation

Decreased flow and shear stress in valve-in-valve procedures indicate a higher risk of leaflet thrombosis secondary to flow stasis, perhaps more so in the noncoronary sinus.
