Abstract
Our study shows that endotension may represent undiagnosed endoleaks, particularly type I. These endoleaks may result in poor patient outcomes if undiagnosed and therefore untreated. Current diagnostic testing may be inadequate for the diagnosis of these endoleaks, and further research should be geared towards optimization of endoleak imaging protocols.
