Abstract
Treatment strategies for mirror aneurysms should be determined individually according to the location, size, and morphology of the aneurysm, as well as the clinical manifestations of each patient. Furthermore, the responsible ruptured aneurysm should be given treatment priority, whereas the contralateral unruptured aneurysm should be observed or treated in either 1 or 2 stages.
