Abstract
Most patients of refractory epilepsy originating from the primary motor cortex were seizure free and had no obvious neurologic deficits at follow-up. Epileptogenic zone resection may not always be contraindicated for patients with nonlesional refractory epilepsy originating from the primary motor cortex.
