Abstract
The diagnosis of IACC should be based on clinical, radiologic, and pathologic examinations. Radical surgery combined with postsurgical radiotherapy seems to be the best treatment. In addition, the histologic subtype of the tumor is an important prognostic factor in patients with IACC.
