Abstract
												In adults with a high BMI, mandibular setback BSSO could decrease the PAS, whereas advancement genioplasty could enlarge the PAS, after surgery. Therefore, undergoing advancement genioplasty concurrently with mandibular setback BSSO could help in lessening the negative effects of a PAS decrease.
