Abstract
Only the presence of ultrasonographic major brain damages, and confirmation with MRI, had a pejorative value as prognosis factor suggesting to patients to choose a TOP. Nevertheless, other ways of research are possible to assess the prognostic value in this difficult prenatal diagnosis process.
