La métaphore, un espace de rencontre en éducation thérapeutique du patient

Metaphor makes communication more powerful. It may favor the comprehension, by the health care provider but also by the patient himself, of its own experience. It has the potential of facilitating patient learning. The figurative language talks to everyone. In Therapeutic patient education, we shall employ it in a relevant manner, and examples of questions are proposed in this article.
