Abstract
In 2015, in France, hospitalization for podiatric complications are very frequent in the diabetic population and strong socio-economic and territorial disparities are observed. This study highlights the need to develop, especially in territories identified at high risk, patient education programs tailored to their profile. It also highlights the need to develop information programs on podiatric packages to prevent foot ulcers, better physician training for podiatric risk and, secondly, to form multidisciplinary teams to the therapeutic approach to prevent amputations.
