Abstract
(A) Insulin assay. FgTrx1 was employed as a positive control. Full-length FgGrx and FgGrxD2 reduces insulin at minimal rate, while FgGrxD1 does not show any activity. (B) S-glutathionylation. Results suggest that the native FgGrx can be reversibly S-glutathionylated.134
