Abstract
The main challenge in the management of an emergency tachycardia is not so much in its diagnosis based on complex tests, but in ensuring the correct treatment of the patient while at the same time trying to get as much information as possible for the definitive treatment of posterior tachycardia. While the situation of hemodynamic instability of a patient offers few options, patients with well tolerated tachycardias allow a performance that, if carried out correctly, significantly facilitates their subsequent management.
