Abstract
Transvaginal sacrospinous hysteropexy is an appropriate surgical treatment method for symptomatic uterovaginal descensus in women who wish to preserve their uterine and future childbearing. And cesarean section is a reliable and satisfactory delivery route for women who underwent transvaginal sacrospinous hysteropexy.
