Abstract
												Patients who underwent radical resection had the best prognosis among GNEC. For these patients, tumor size, N stage, Ki-67 labeling index, mitotic index and the application of postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy were the clinicopathological factors significantly associated with patient prognosis.
